Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card aged 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the stage to finish her university education. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time in the most efficient way feasible. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets with 10-12 reps are done.
