Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Lady Gaga. Her birthplace was in Manhattan, New York. Her mother was Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of mobile company Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr. is her father, director of a company on the internet and businessman. The girl was raised as a Catholic in the city of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Her parents enrolled their daughter at the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a prestigious religious institution. Music has always been a passion for her. As a little girl she started to learn how to play piano. By age thirteen, her first composition was written. Nights at open mics were her most favorite. Her favorite singers included queens Michael Jackson Madonna and David Bowie. She graduated from New York University, Tisch School of Art she started learning to sing after graduating from high school. Although she was not able to complete her studies and she resigned from and began her own musical career.
